Can I negotiate the prices?

Yes, you can! You get discounts for multiple container load of mixed of furniture designs or bulk orders of individual furniture.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

We can produce furniture less than 50 items or more than 1000 items. It depends on furniture design, material & dimension/size.

Do you accept sample order?

Yes, it can be the product itself or just the piece of the material.  Finishing sample videos >

Can you customize the furniture?

Yes, we accept OEM orders, which mean size, material, quantity, design according to your request, even we can put your logo on the products.

After order is placed, when is the delivery?

Usually, for first time order, the production time takes 2 – 2.5 months and for repeat order, it takes 1 – 1.5 months for 40” container.

How about the payment?

Confirm order, 50% DP, start production, balance payment, shipment. (L/C is preferred)

Can I visit you?

Sure, our workshops and warehouses in Jepara, Indonesia. We can pick you up at the airport in Semarang. We also have representative marketing office in Jakara, Indonesia.
